How to subtract Google Sheets

Use a minus formula such as =A1-B1, or =MINUS(A1, B1). Fill down for a column. Subtracting dates returns day counts; format duration results appropriately.

    Enter =A1-B1 (or MINUS).

  3. 3

    Fill down as needed.
