How to convert Google Sheets to pdf
There are four ways to convert a Google Sheet to a PDF, and the right one depends on where the PDF is going. To keep a copy, use File > Download > PDF (.pdf). To print it, use File > Print and save as PDF from your browser's print dialog. To send it to someone, use File > Email > Email this file and attach it as a PDF, so you never download anything. If the sheet keeps changing, share a PDF export link instead, so the person always gets the latest version.

Keep a copy: File > Download > PDF (.pdf), pick the tab or range and the page settings, then click Export.

Print or use your browser's PDF printer: File > Print (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P), set the page, click Next, then choose Save as PDF as the destination.

Send it straight to someone: File > Email > Email this file, choose PDF as the attachment format, add the address, and send.

On a phone: in the Google Sheets app tap ⋮ > Share & export. Android: Save as > PDF. iPhone and iPad: Send a copy > PDF.
