What replaces Excel Backstage in Google Sheets?
Excel Backstage is the File hub for info, export, and options. Google Sheets puts those actions in the File menu: Share, Download, Version history, and Settings. Account and storage live in Google Drive, not inside the sheet UI.
When to use it
Use the File menu when Excel Backstage handled publish, export, or workbook properties.
When to skip it
Skip backstage parity when a share link or Download as PDF is the only action you need.
