Google Sheets how to insert multiple rows

Right-click a row header and choose Insert 1 row above. Select multiple rows first to insert the same count. New rows shift existing ones and usually keep relative formulas intact.

    Click the row letter/number near where you want space.

  2. 2

    Right-click → Insert row above or below.

  3. 3

    Select several rows first to insert more than one.

  4. 4

    Check that formulas still point where you expect.
