So your VLOOKUP is not working. You're getting an A. And this is very common when we try to have a little score VLOOKUP table here. We have our students here. We're just trying to add a little something extra and we're messing up. How do we fix this? I'm going to show you one very easy thing to miss if you don't know about it. So we put into our VLOOKUP formula that we're looking at the grade. We're looking at E2 to G6 over here. That's our sort of great score to emoji picker. We have the range correct. We're saying, "Hey, look at the second column." Uh, it looks like our score, yes, is in the first column. Our emoji is in the second column. And we even added this false to say it's not

sorted just in case. But honestly, that doesn't matter. You're still going to get that NA. What's happening is that we haven't sort of stopped our VLOOKUP from changing its range . So if we look at our C2, it's correct. And if we go down one, it doesn't look incorrect, but our range has changed to E3 to G7. And each time we go down, we now see E4 to G8. So our range that we're looking at is changing one row at a time. So, I'm going to show you how to fix this very quickly. Go up to C2. This is our correct range . And we want that range to stay the same for the entire duration as we copy and paste it. In

front of the E, add a dollar sign . In front of the two, add a dollar sign . In front of the G, add a dollar sign . And you guessed it, in front of the six, add a dollar sign . Now, as we copy and paste, this E2 G6 is staying the same. And we can do shift command down paste. And we have all of our correct emojis over here. Our scoring table is correct.
