So you want to print Google Sheets. I'll show you how to print Google Sheets in the best possible format in this video. Here we have a list of hundreds of rows. The way we're going to print is we're going to go File, Download as a PDF . There are some other options here like Excel , Webpage, CSV file. The best printable version is a PDF. Once we click on there we have a number of options here on the right. We could Export the current sheet, or if we selected only specific cells, we could have selected those. Let me click cancel and show you. If I select maybe the first 10 rows, go to file, download, PDF, and we can select selected cells. There's a number of options to make this print settings better. You can do landscape or portrait. You can scale, fit to width , height, or page.
