Go to format , conditional formatting . Over here we'll change the format rules to custom formula , equals month, B1, and we'll wrap that up. Month around B1 is equal to month, and we'll put today inside of month. And you can see the, birthdays highlighted are this month, February. Click done. If you want to edit the color over here, you can edit the color or even the text. Click done. There you go.
