How To Change Margins In Google Sheets
Learn how to adjust margins in Google Sheets for printing, including options for normal, narrow, and wide margins, as well as custom settings for your specific needs.
When printing spreadsheets, you may want to increase or decrease your margins , and that's what this video is going to show you. We're gonna go up to file, download, PDF . These are our options for printing. You can see at the top left it says print settings. But the margins will stay the same no matter what, unless you change the margins here, normal, narrow, and wide, the normal margins we can see when we hit custom on the left and right are 0.7 narrow, you'll see is 0.25 on the right and the left. Wide, when we look at custom numbers is one inch on either side, so that's the actual numbers of normal, narrow, and wide. But you can also set these if you want, with custom numbers. Just go to the top and hit 0.5 or bottom. We can say point or five to the right. We can say two, and on the left we can say 2.5. Weird but totally fine in custom numbers and just hit export and that will send a PDF download to your computer.
