Double To Do Situation

In this video, learn how to create a double approval system in Google Sheets using checkboxes and logical expressions to display a thumbs up when both approvals are given.

if only one thing is checked, it won't say anything, but if both are checked, we'll have a thumbs up. In previous videos, I've shown you how to do checkboxes and I've also shown you how to show something in this cell based on if there's a checkbox checked or not. But what if there's two? What if we have a double to do situation? We need two people to approve one thing and we want to know… Did both of these people approve it? We need to fill out this logical expression . We can do c5, and we can say done, but how do we include b5 here? That's gonna be one simple addition. Instead of c5, we'll do AND(), and we'll do b5, comma, c5. And in this case we want to add a little, emoji. A little thumbs up to know that both of these are done. Add something when it's false. We want nothing. We don't want to say anything until both of these checkboxes are checked. 5 Ways to use IF() Formula to Create Magic in Your Sheets Advanced Checkbox Hacks for Streamlined Approvals Celebrate Your Completed Checklists Checkbox Hacks in #Google Sheets
