Checkboxes are traditionally true and false. How do we change it so we can get an accurate count? Put up here SUM B3:F. Each of these columns, right-click View more cell actions. go to Data validation We're gonna Make sure our range is B3:B13. Criteria is checkbox . Use custom cell values . Enter a one for checked zero for unchecked. Done. Do C3 to C13, checkbox , use two for checked, zero for unchecked. , Use custom values three zero. Checkbox . Four and zero. F3:F13. Checkbox. Use custom cell values five and zero.
