Let's automatically highlight deadlines upcoming. I'm going to show you a few different ways. We have here a bunch of tasks, their due dates, and we just want to highlight the ones that are coming up. Let's go to format , conditional formatting . Over here on the right side, we can choose B colon B as our range to apply, and we want to make sure Maybe the date is today. See, there's nothing coming up now. But let's say we want to find everything that's within this week. We're going to go to custom formula equals b1. We're going to wrap week num around b1 equals week num around today with parentheses. And if this doesn't show anything, it's probably because it's a week. We need to see what's next week. If we want to see that, we do weekNum today plus one. And now all of these highlighted are due next week. If we want to see everything that's due this month, we'll write month B1, around B1, equals month around today. And these are , all of the deadlines that are this month. But let's say we're not looking for this week, this month, just within the next seven days. We'll do equals B1 is less than today, plus seven. And these are everything within the next seven days. If we want to know everything within the next 14 days, just do plus 14, plus 21. If you were looking for the next three weeks, maybe you're looking for today or tomorrow. Thank you. We can do B1 equals today, but we can wrap this with or, and so we can say B1 is equal today plus one. And that's today or tomorrow deadline.
