You got to stop copying and pasting your chatbt prompts from Google Sheets into chatbt. I'm going to show you a really quick simple way to actually access all of your prompts. So, you might have some prompts that you save. Um, here I just made a simple like ask a Socratic tutor, act like a productivity coach or act like a senior communication specialist and copywriter and and change this email. Um, you might be saving these prompts and trying to use them each day or every week or in some schedule, maybe every hour or you're doing some kind of like large amount of stuff where you're saying, "Hey, take this prompt and I'm going to add a couple words here. Uh, I did this actually recently with some YouTube titles." I said, "Oh, here's like a better way to do YouTube titles.

Um, here's a bunch of AB tests." And I wrote a really long prompt and I needed to save that somewhere because I wanted to access that each and every day. for a lot of titles. So, here we have our prompt and you might be copy and pasting it into chat GPT. Um, which totally fine, but I'm going to show you a super simple way to do this. We're going to write in the cell next to which it http comark Q equals. That is the part you might not know which is you might know chatgpt.com but do slashquest mark q equals. And now what we need to do is put this prompt Build a Better ChatGPT Prompt Builder Create a ChatGPT Cheat Sheet Spreadsheet Ultimate Prompt Writer and Prompt Rater Epic ChatGPT Prompt Library in Google Sheets

behind this URL. So we could do that in a cell here. So like we can do equals reference this cell amperand and then reference this cell. But I want to show you one formula that you might want to use here which is encode URL. Encode URL is going to take all of the spaces and turn them into what is essentially percent 20. It's like a in the URL. It acts really well. And so I've done this in this cell, but I don't want to actually just use this formula and have three columns. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to copy this and instead of referencing it, just have it here in quotes. So now we've gone from three columns to two columns. Okay. What does this do? Well, I'm just going to click on this URL. And there it is. There is the entire prompt already in chatbt. Pretty cool, right? Go back here and I can copy and paste this down because I'm referencing this A2 cell here and within this encode URL. I can copy paste this down as many times as I want. And this prompt in the A column is going to be in the link here. But what if I don't want this entire link? Like this is a pretty big link, right? Wow, that's a lot of stuff. I don't want to show that. So, what I will do is I'll actually wrap this in hyperlink . I'm going to put a a comma and I'll go chat

GPT. Might even add something like go to chat GPT even with a little emoji here. And now I can copy and paste this and the link is still the prompt itself because it's inside of this encode URL. So here's the whole thing hyperlink . Then we have our URL part with the question mark q equals and then we have an encode URL with a reference to where that prompt is. And then we have a link uh name like a text to have there. And we can copy paste this all the way down as many times we want. And each of these is going to have that message there. It'll open chatbt and bam, we have our Build a Better ChatGPT Prompt Builder Run 100 ChatGPTs at One Time Build a Better ChatGPT Prompt Builder Epic ChatGPT Prompt Library in Google Sheets
