Turn On Screen Reader Support in Google Sheets

Here's how to turn on the screen reader. It's actually turning on another menu. Up at the top of your screen where there's file, edit, view, insert, format , data , tools, Gemini , now extensions, and help. You can add custom menus over to the right. But there's actually one menu you can turn on, which is the accessibility menu. Go to tools and scroll down to accessibility. Here we can turn on screen reader support. You can check the box here. Can also turn on screen magnifier support, turn on braille support and turn on collaborator announcements so that you know when people are entering or exiting your files. Now we have to hit and the accessibility menu will be next to the
extensions and help menu . This is also very helpful to have available go-to range . So you can actually yes use the screen reader see all the comments you can go to rows move to the next row group but also go to range which is accessible by also the keyboard command control G. So go to range works like this. You just click here or use Ctrl + G and you can select a range on your sheet like A 88 and you can hit enter or you can go to range A8 and hit the right chevron and it'll bring you to that range as well.
