Here's some simple tips to make your spreadsheets easier to read. One of the glaring problems of spreadsheets when we use them eight hours, 10 hours a day, is that they are black and white, meaning it's black text and white background. And this over time could actually deteriorate our eyes or actually strain our eyes in the short term. So here's a few tips to make our sheets easier to read. First off, I'm gonna select the entire spreadsheet just by selecting the area between A and one over here on the left. And then I'm gonna change our background or our fill color to a custom color. And this can be FB FB F eight. This looks very similar to white, but it's not. our text color , and we're gonna change our text color to 4 4, 4 4, 4 4. Click okay. Now, this doesn't look like a huge difference, but you will feel it. This is much less contrast than any black and white. We can bold our header . And one last thing we're gonna do is change our font to quicksand. Now, if you don't have quicksand in your recent, you just have to scroll through all the way to q. I know it's very far, very far into the alphabet , but quicksand is the nicest text I have ever found. The other options I've found are comforta and also comic sands. I'm just kidding.
