So you're trying to unhide rows in Google Sheets. Let me share how you may find out that there are hidden rows . This is one of my pet peeves. I don't like to hide rows or columns. They make it really hard for the UI and the user to interact with the sheet. Over here on the left side, you'll see the 2, to 6. That's a clear indication that there is a hidden row . These numbers are not fungible or changeable by the user. Same as the column headers here. A, B, and C above the first row, you can't change these. You'll also notice that there is an arrow going up and down over here on the left side next to the 2 and the 6. Clicking that Literally the arrow, not in between. If you go in between, you'll get this resizing thing.
But if you actually click on the arrow itself, it will unhide . One other way to unhide the rows is to select the row. This 2 and 6, right click, and click unhide rows as an option here, and it'll unhide those rows.
