I'm going to apply to the range , the entire range A to A, and I'm not going to apply that they're empty. I'm going to apply a custom formula . And here, we're going to type in A, equals year, and we're going to wrap A1 there, is equal to year today. And if any of these cells have the same year, they'll be highlighted.
