Here's how to highlight duplicates. We have some names here. We wanna highlight all of them. This could work for hundreds or thousands of rows. We're going to select the B column. We're going to go up to format , and here in conditional formatting , and here in format sells if for that format rules , we're going to select a custom formula is make sure you have the equal signs, and we're gonna use count if. We're going to select the entire B column where we're looking for those duplicates, and then we're going to say B one. Now what is gonna happen is that B one in this conditional formatting will change. Each and every cell will look at itself. We're gonna check, is it over one or greater than one? And here we have it highlighted. We can change that highlight color if we want to. Maybe something like yellow or if we really wanna make sure it's bad
