I'm going to share with you today this really deep Google form trick from Google Sheets that will help you get people to fill out your Google forms faster, easier. Basically, it's taking a pre filled link, including their email address, and then sending that link to them. So, when you normally send a Google form , you're going to send this Google form , you're going to copy this link, and you're going to send it to everyone and say, Hey! Fill this out. Well, one way to get people's email addresses very easily is that you can go to settings and in responses you say collect email addresses . You can do verify if they are all in the same domain and they are going to sign in to Google or you can have a responder input here. So we're going to add a column here to the right called prefilled link. We're going to go up to more options and we're going to select this get prefilled link. Here we're going to put in any dummy email address and get link. We're going to copy this link. Let's go back to our sheet and look at this link. This link has the same URL as the form, but then it has this extra stuff. It says at and entry, and it has an entry number , equals dummy at gmail. com. You see this dummy at gmail. com. Now, anything we enter here, enter something at gmail. So how do we do this? We'll take this text, go to the beginning, we'll put equals, we'll put it in quotes, and then we'll do an ampersand, and wherever their email address is in our database, in our sheet, we're going to enter it there.
