How to Edit Protected Range in Google Sheets

You're using a sheet and someone has protected that sheet or even you have protected that sheet in a previous day or month. How you can find the protected range is go up to data , protect sheets and ranges here. This shows no protected ranges or sheets, but we can go over to sales, 2023 sales, and we can see that now there are three protected ranges here. If we are the person who created that protected range , we can edit it. So let's go and click on it to edit it. We can enter a description if we want to go back and name this whole year. If we want to edit the range , we can. We can say this is B11 instead of B13 and if we want to change permissions we need to click change permissions here. We can instead either show a warning or select very specific people.
We can customize the specific people who can edit that range or even copy permissions from another range . Click done.
