How to Easily Copy Format in Google Sheets

Learn how to efficiently copy formatting in Google Sheets using the paint format feature, allowing you to quickly apply styles without altering the data.

An interesting feature is the paint format feature here, because what I very often find myself doing is copying this header format over and over, and then I have to delete the values from it or edit those values or even more. I can copy this A one, and I can click on B one. Right click pace, special format only . Whereas if I just select a one and I click on the paint format icon here in the menu, all I have to do is drag that click and drag and I've painted the format across. So this is header two, four, five. See? So pretty cool little feature right here in the menu bar.
