Here's how to clear cell content. You may want to clear the content but not the formatting . We can select any cell in our sheet and click the delete or the backspace button. There is another way to do this. We can select any cell we want, go up to the edit menu and go to delete and we can delete values . Here we have some other options like deleting the entire row or deleting the entire column . You can delete values and that also clears the cell content. We can also select multiple cells in one range, like a column or a row. Hit the delete or backspace button, as well as the edit, delete, and cells here. If we select multiple cells that are not next to each other with

the holding down command, we can select these various cells , hit the delete button and those are deleted as well, or edit and delete values . Dropdown menus cannot be cleared by selecting the drop down section. Again, they just need to be deleted, but the format and the drop down will remain even as you clear that content. I find it easy to clear dropdown menus by just taking a blank cell and copying it over, there's another way we can go to our edit button in our dropdown menu. And we can remove the rule.
