The easiest way to do that is to go to the column of those names, click the down arrow next to the column name, And here we're going to scroll down to sort sheet A to Z or Z to A . Here we can alphabetize by A to Z or we can do reverse alphabetical order Z to A . We're going to do A to Z and I'm going to show you one error that may occur and how to prevent that. one where it turns into a hand. Click and drag that. If you don't want to do that you want to use the menu, we can undo that. We can go to View, Freeze , One Row. What this does is it freezes the top header row , so that it will not use the header row . So we'll go up to the button, scroll down to, sort sheet A to Z , click that, and now our header stays the same. And we can order by reverse alphabetical order if we go to sort sheet Z to A. One other way to do this is to select the A column, go up to data, sort sheet, and sort sheet by column A, A to Z. There we go.
