To adjust cell size in Google Sheets you can take your cursor and put it right between the one and the two here and drag any row and also any column you can also click and drag to increase but if you know exactly the number you can right click on that row and click resize row here you can type in a number like 100. This goes for column as well right click on column resize column 100. You have a perfect square. If you want to do everything all at once. You can select any column, hit SHIFT + CMD + → as many times you want and right click, resize all those columns to 100. You can also do that with rows, select the first column, SHIFT + CMD + ↓ you can resize all these rows to 100 as well.
