In this video I'm going to show you how to add the pennies back to any currency. So sometimes we have a currency or US dollars and we want to add the pennies. Sometimes we are looking at how many pennies there are and we need to see it. One way to do that is to click increase decimal places. Another way to do it is select any and all values you want to change and go up to format . We're going to go to number and we're going to scroll down and look at custom currency. Here we can select to show or hide . And we can now see that these selected cells show the penny sign. The interesting thing about adding more pennies with the button here that says increased decimal places in the menu bar is that you can actually see more than two places. We can increase this three, four, five, six places.

Very interesting if you're doing very specific kinds of calculations with pennies or things that are less than penny value.
