How To Add More Questions To a Google Form in Google Sheets

We have a Google Sheet with a Google Form . This form has been added before. And if we want to add more questions, right now we have just name and score of some games. We're trying to just keep track of , total scores, the amount of games, and averages. And we want to add something else. We have a timestamp here, which is automatically added to any Google Form responses. But this is the timestamp of when the, Google Form was filled out. We may want to add the date or time of the event, or in this case, a game that is happening. We can go up to Tools, Manage Form, Edit Form. This will bring us to the original Google Form . We can edit the score. And over on the right side, there is a plus sign. Add question. We can click that. And now, we can add date. The moment we add date, it's pretty smart and it will actually change this validation to date. In fact, it shows here month, day, year. I'm going to add one more question and call this time. Or time of the match . And see, it automatically updates to time as the date of validation . So let's go and look at that form now. We have that the form can only be filled out once, so we'll go and change that. Go to settings, responses, and we will uncheck limit to one response. Now we can go and preview and see that we can enter this information. This is a date picker as well, so we can enter the date or we can just select the date and a time. Click submit. Responses have been added here. It unfortunately doesn't add any date or time to previously entered responses. One little trick here is you can go back and edit these cells here if you want. Let's go and add another response, click submit, and we see another response here.
