If we want to capitalize all words, we're going to use a formula called proper. Put the reference to the cell, and we capitalize all words. If we want none of the words capitalized, we're going to do equals, lower a three here. Now, if you want everything proper, and you already have cells filled out, what you can do is double click in the bottom right corner, and it'll automatically fill in proper everywhere.
