How to freeze a line in Google Sheets
Open View → Freeze → 1 row (or 2 rows / Up to row …) to lock header rows while you scroll. You can also drag the horizontal freeze handle under the row numbers. Use this so labels stay on screen as you move through long lists.

Choose 1 row, 2 rows, or Up to current row.

Clear later with View → Freeze → No rows.
