View History of Google Sheets Cell
Learn how to view the edit history of a specific cell in Google Sheets, allowing you to track changes and see who made edits over time.
We can see the history of a cell, just like you may go up to see the history of the entire sheet, but we want to just see what is the history of this particular cell. Like this a one. We can right click or on a Mac control click, and here we have a bunch of options. We're gonna scroll down to show edit history , and here we're gonna be able to see exactly who edited what. Win. So we see added item name and we can hit this previous edit button and see. It says goodnight. Oh, they deleted that and they replaced Good day with goodnight before that and they replaced. Hello with Good day. Ah, cool. Maybe even see some notes if somebody edited this same here, right click or
control, click on a Mac, scroll down, show edit history , and we can see ah, replace sale ongoing with sale ended. And who it is and when did they edit it.
