I created a weight loss tracker template for myself and thought you, and all members would like it. So get it, copy it, and start your weight loss journey today. Comes with a nice chart already so all you have to do is add your numbers every day.

0:00 Hello Better She members you might have seen something different about me. Yes, I am tracking my weight loss here on these pieces of paper in the bottom right corner I don't know if you can see this tiny little sign But I turned this paper which I have just above my weight scale every day.
0:15 I'm checking my weight every day into this Google sheet that you see in front of you not above you, above me or to the side of me and I wanted to walk through this because you can actually use this now I made it for myself today and I just thought it would be really fun if you had it too in case you 
0:31 were on a weight journey as well what you can do is you can edit the first date here to any date you want if you've been already tracking your weight or if you're gonna start today or start tomorrow just change this date to say ah today is February 4th so we can change this to February 4th and every 
0:47 other day changes and then you can also delete all of the data here and you can just start adding your own data here ah 199, 98 and it'll start check ah it'll start charting your weight ah I'm gonna edit this chart here actually I'm gonna undo all of that because what I did is I added a minimum and a
1:08 maximum the maximum was the maximum I was at and the minimum was sort of my goal but if you want to ah use this what you're gonna have to do is click on the chart click on the edit chart button and over here on the right let's look let's move my face and customize we're gonna go to I always forget this
1:28 not series not legend vertical axis that's what it is and you're gonna change your min and your max to whatever you need if your max is your maybe your current weight or the closest sort of big round number and the minimum is close to or maybe under your goal uhm that's what I would probably suggest 
1:51 to make it look ok cause like I had it where it was 0 and it was 120 before and it's very hard to read this chart you can't see that very much so I made the minimum my goal or around my goal and my max was the very actually I was more than that I actually started tracking my weight before this but not
2:13 every single day so I put my max at the right about right here like 109.3 was what I was at and just above it 110 the biggest round number there uhm that's it use this let me know what you think what you might want to do yourself it's pretty simple I just added all of these numbers for the last two hundred
